The Big Barn

Inspired by regional barn designs, The Big Barn is reminiscent of the large, timber frame barns you played and worked in as a youth.  This is your chance to bring that nostalgia to your home.  The dramatic two story great room gives you the ability to create an open, inspiring room with exposed beams and generous window areas.

All of our timber frame packages include our rough-cut timbers with hand crafted mortise and tenon joinery.  In addition, we can supply you with tongue-and-groove paneling, loft flooring, and hardwood floors.  We can also assist in the erection of the frame on your building site.  The timber frame package includes the following:

·          Second floor deck and ceiling

·          Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs)

·          SIP installation

·          Timber frame assembly drawings

Package prices may fluctuate due to changes in raw material costs, so please contact us today to receive a quote reflecting the latest material costs in addition to crew travel expenses to your building site.  We can also provide pricing for frames made from wood species not listed above or for frames constructed of certified sustainable wood.
